TVApp is a native client for Jellyfin, the free media server. It lets you browse and stream your own movies, shows, and other media from your Jellyfin server on Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

On first launch, enter your Jellyfin server's address (for example http://192.168.1.10:8096 or your public URL) and sign in with your Jellyfin username and password. TVApp connects directly to that server — nothing goes through us.

TVApp uses VLC for playback, which handles most formats and codecs directly. If something won't play, first confirm it plays in another Jellyfin client, check that your device and server are on a reachable network, and make sure your server has enough bandwidth for the file. Restarting the app clears most transient playback issues.

Yes. You can also pre-set your favourite subtitle languages, so adding them during playback is a single step rather than hunting through a list every time.

Yes, on Apple platforms — remote control support is Apple-only, so it isn't available in the Android build.

Yes. Playback position is saved back to your Jellyfin server, so you can pick up where you stopped — including across different devices signed in to the same server.

With your permission it uses your device location to show where you are, centre the map, and record a track as you move. That happens on your device and is never sent to us. To draw the map and plan routes, coordinates are sent to the map and routing providers below so they can return the right tiles and routes. You can revoke location access at any time in the Settings app.

MapTiler for map styles, terrain and relief data, and address look-ups; and OpenRouteService for walking, cycling and driving route calculation. Both are covered in the Map Wanderer privacy policy.

On your device, under your control — recorded GPS tracks, hand-built trails, markers and any photos you attach. None of it is sent to PowerSlave Developments. Removing the app from your device deletes it, so back up anything you want to keep.

TreeWise covers 55 species, identified by their leaves, bark and seeds. Each species also shows when it flowers and fruits, so you can narrow things down by time of year as well as by appearance.

Five activities. Spot it names what the camera is pointed at, and can be taught new things. Frame it scores a photo's composition out of 100 against a chosen guide. Colours breaks a picture down into its named colours and their proportions. Mirror reflects half a face to build a symmetrical one. Filters tries a look on all or part of the picture. There's also a Show Off mode for demonstrating what it has been taught to someone else.

Yes, and all of it runs on your device. Recognition uses Apple's built-in Vision classifier — around 1,300 categories — plus a nearest-neighbour match against whatever your child has taught it. Composition scoring uses saliency, horizon detection and Apple's aesthetics model.

None of it is a chatbot or a cloud service. The app ships no model files of its own, contains no networking code, and sends nothing anywhere to be analysed. When your child teaches it something, what gets saved is a numeric fingerprint of the image in a file on the device — not the picture uploaded to train a model somewhere. My Brain lists everything that has been taught and can forget any of it.

No. PhotoWise contains no networking code at all — recognition, composition scoring, colour analysis, mirroring and filters all run on the device. It works fully offline.
